    Dahua 5442 cant see it

    Lost power and now can’t see half my cameras. Lorex NVR Wi-Fi doorbell needs to be put on 192.168.0.1. But the NVR keeps assigning everything on the 10.1.1 network. Using the Dahua config app I can’t see anything. Going to do a hard reset on the 5442 and add a netgear GS105P switch again...

    Lorex E891 Tele lens upgrade

    Anyone try replacing a E891 2.8 lens with a 6MM or higher? I have 6 cameras to mess with just don’t want to waste time if it doesn’t focus or some other unforeseen issue. Many thanks. maybe I should just bite the bullet ha ha and get a 5442Z instead.

    Dahua 5442 with Lorex NVR863

    Hi all, I have a NVR863 with a handful of cameras working perfectly. I tried for hours to add a Dahua 5442 but the NVR will not allow me to change the ip address (10.1.1.75?). Should I try a main/sub via custom? No clue here. I don’t want to use a PC or blue iris. Hoping to keep everything on...
