    What is your NVR? You see this POE NVR make the camera online directly and the IP can't change. If you change the Camera's IP, have to hard reset the camera, then can re-add again.

    yes, when pluginto the poe nvr, the camera initilazed itself, no need to initialize again. It's a POE NVR right? We can make a phone call support if you want to, just send you a DM. Also the POE NVR the IP address can't be modified, so just use what the place to it.

    Thanks for your trying. It sounds to me possibly moisture got into the camera on the PCB, when it gets cold it freezes and stops Can open it, Use a hair dryer to dry out inside, because the camera has been used for around 2.5 years, the descant pillow expired so need to change a new one in it.

    Could have moisture in cat5 connector and frozen, this may cut off the connection. Try to bring it in to warm up and test, if working use electrical grease on the fittings Keep out the moisture. So if it works when you switched it probably moisture

    Better ask the seller get you one, hard to find on the market. Normally we will keep those plate when the camera dead. But not hikvision one.

    Yes, looks like the camera bricked after the update, you are in US? Have to send to our guy to fix up use serial port flash. Sometimes the camera firmware big gap will brick the camera, just send you a DM.
