    yeah so just following up on this. there are NO floods in that image. i turn the illuminators OFF. That's the awesome part. Its just ambient light.

    I can tell you that the dahua cameras that I am replacing look like full color without those extra camera white lights being on. I keep those off because they are extremely bright and annoying when I have people over.

    I think I figured out the core of my problems. The EmpireTech cam is NOT a nightcolor camera. It’s just regular 4k-color but doesn’t have the same nightcolor features as those dahua cameras. I guess I read the specs wrong.

    Yes to all. that's insane. I am not a competitor people, please calm down. I AM a mac user. The actual problem is the way the UI is using the CSS font styles - they are using .rem instead of .em. Changing the CSS to "em" instead of "rem" solves this. Maybe it is a mac thing, but that's insane.
