    Yes, as I said, I tried it. Look a couple responses up and you will see it took a full factory reset to fix it. It's all up and going now.

    That seems to have fixed it. Video and controls are both back. I didn't realize that if I just hooked a keyboard and monitor up, I didn't have to F with all of the web browser mess. I may just leave it down here by my desk.

    That's sort of the point. The smartPSS is having the same issue as using the webplugin,. No video. If I use edge to see it, there is no editing function. Anyway That's the way it is. I will drop it here.

    So if I delete the torch directory it should reload? By the way, I have a funny workaround. I open one session in Edge and the other in IE. I can find what I want by viewing in Edge and then cut from the instance running in IE. There's more than one way to skin this cat.

    I am not talking about cameras. I am talking about my NVR which I believe was the original question. If you can't get Video while trying to cut and download your streaming for evidence, that's a problem. Currently we are at the mercy of the webplugin mess. Guess what, I am losing.

    The only problem with these is they rely on windows explorer to work properly. I am in the middle of fighting that problem right now, so I would not recommend an Empiretech/Dahua at the moment.

    I hear ya. I live on a lake, the NVR may become a new anchor. This is just ridiculous. I will do a hard boot later tonight and see what it does in the morning. I am worn out on this thing.

    By the way, I have tried this on multiple computers. Is it possible that the lastest firmware update screwed the NVR up?

    I looked in the webreq/tourch directories, they are from 2023 so nothing new there. This is what I get with Pale Moon. Same as others, if I get video, no extended controls. As you can see my IE mode is enabled.

    It's a PC windows 11. Never had this issue before but I haven't had the need in say 6 months to check it. It's a NVR5232-16P-4KS2E. I have updated to the latest firmware.

    Yes I can see the controls in both Edge in IE mode or plain IE but no video. This is in Plain IE. When I click on the arrow to show video it just blinks. Nothing else.

    Yes, that's my correct address. Yes I have multiple cameras hooked to it and it doesn't do anything if I click on that IP address. Here it is in Edge. Notice no extended controls.
