  Just purchased this from your amazon account. It's to install for a lady that has been unimpressed with the I think - 4k 1/2.8 2.8mm cameras around her home. I told her we'd try this camera and if she liked it I'd replace her other 3, or I'd just find a place somewhere else to use it. She currently has a NVR302A-08/8P-4KS2/L Very nice older lady.

  Hi again Andy, I'm looking for a camera with a "line in" input for a remote microphone to use with my Blueiris build. I'm basically using the camera to get a recording remote microphone so the camera can be on the low end. Thanks for the previous help, my IPC-T54IR-ZE is working well.

  Hey Andy, I purchased 3 SD4A425DB-HNY PTZ cameras from you last month. one of them appears to have a defective iris. I cannot go above 24 on one of the cameras, which is causing an image that is too dark at night. The other 2 cameras adjust from 0 to 100 just fine. I would like to exchange this camera for another one. My order number is EM20231263. Let me know how we should proceed.
