I have the gray UI so it must be a S2. I also found the smart IR check box so I guess that answers my question.

EDIT - I updated the firmware using the Smart IR version and now I have a much improved image. Go figure.

The Turret S2 has onboard mic which actually works versus the garbage on the T54Pro - the bullet 5442 model requires external mic

Check EmpireTech (recommended) or Amazon or Aliexpress (as long as it is the global model, not chinese model) or Temu (joking)

When you guys are using one of these are you disabling the IR illuminator of the camera(s) it is providing coverage for? Or what settings are you using with the Smart IR?Tendelux is good to go.
So I purchased one of the new redesigned Tendelux Ir Illuminators to give it a try.

I have two other older Tendelux IR illuminators that are still running strong after almost 3 yrs in use.
One is an 8 watt model, and the other is a 4 watt model. And they've done a fine job for my intended use.
This new unit is 10 watts and includes a power supply. Is fairly small, and sports a new heat sink design, it runs warm and is needed.
Verdict, I like it, has a good wide even spread and nice output. Well made, and should hold up outdoors...
Depends on the scene, distance, etc. All are different.
