I have been using remote access for six years, now it’s not working. Using the remote access wizard, I get green checks to the “canyouseeme.org” page. Verified server is unreachable. I assume it’s my router but honestly have no clue. Any suggestions?
 
Did your router or service provider change recently?
No changes. I actually have two providers. My router is set to share traffic 50/50. I have set it to one or other and same results.

No changes on my part. This started happening yesterday. I’ve gone through the basic trouble shooting I have in the past to make it work. Im just at a point above my skill level. I believe its router related since both connections have the same result.
 
Assuming local access to BI console OK, any recent Windows Update change your NIC's "network properties" from "Private" to "Public"?
