Remote Access Issues

I have been using remote access for six years, now it’s not working. Using the remote access wizard, I get green checks to the “canyouseeme.org” page. Verified server is unreachable. I assume it’s my router but honestly have no clue. Any suggestions?

Nope, still on 5.9.9.98. Haven’t made the jump yet.

No changes. I actually have two providers. My router is set to share traffic 50/50. I have set it to one or other and same results.

No changes on my part. This started happening yesterday. I’ve gone through the basic trouble shooting I have in the past to make it work. Im just at a point above my skill level. I believe its router related since both connections have the same result.

Yes, internal access to Blue Iris is good. UI3 works great on the lan.

I have windows 11 pro updates disabled.

Still confirm as sometimes Windows does stupid things. Maybe it changed in a virus protection update.

I believe that it needs to be set to "Private" for the remote access to allow incoming connections!
