Upgrade links go to Amazon Norton sales page?!

Upon clicking on Upgrade/Renew and trying any of the links there, one is taken to Amazon listings for Norton software products. The URL is:

What the heck?

This is with v5.7.9.9
 
Have you tried rolling back to one of the NON BETA versions of this software to see if that fixes the link problem! I presume that you know that you are using a version that is very much a BETA and from what I have seen has many bugs, I myself don't like to be on the bleeding edge!
 
No, it's an old install from 2023. Check the version number I listed. It's not the 5.9.9.99 beta.

By the way, I love how you need to use caps for "beta." Really drives your point home.
 
I would assume you have some malware on your system that is redirecting web requests. Try sharing screenshots.
 
The same thing happens to me. From what I remember they changed payment processors at some point and I think it is what is causing the issue. I'm not sure if there is some work around to purchase a renewal if you are on an old version but if someone knows please share.

Yes! That's the thing I see. You must have been really quick to shot that first URL that changes right away.

Thank you very much for your reply. It was the accurate info that I needed. I have upgraded manually as suggested.
 
I have the same issue trying the in app upgrade extended maintenance link on ver 5.8.0.14
I get redirectred to an Amazon invalid product page.
And, when I try the key retrieval on ipcamtalk I get the order cannot be found response. I sent an email to BI support.
My original purchase was in Nov 2022 and the merchant was listed as Safe Cloud, Inc.
 
The in-app maintenance purchase links go to stripe.com for me and they do not redirect to amazon or sendowl or shareit.

Also the prices seem to be lower than advertised in-app, so I wonder if the price is about to go up when BI 6 is officially released.
