After my garage Amcrest(2MP) camera died, I have replaced it with this Amcrest camera: Pardon Our Interruption... It has auto tracking, but does not have a zoom function. -

It could be some shorted SMD capacitor. You could test them with an multimeter. Install an exterior better IR light. -
