What the Fxxx is wrong with people these days! Absolutely dreadful that they caused so much damage and aggravation for you. Even worse they didn't have the decency to inform/apologise to you.

Just to chuck my view:
I tend to agree with sunny. The NVR's teasing interface to adjust (wreck, cause havoc) each IP camera. Is designed for the user that has everything on the lovely "auto settings", as it may work! Never tried myself.

Credit to all the guinea pigs (as yourself) that have attempted work arounds, later firmwares etc, so to try and bring this not so "pro" camera into some beneficial purchase.

Seems from nearly all the users/guinea pigs, that this so called "Pro" camera is indeed inherently faulty and an big disappointment.
If I purchased from my UK suppliers, I would of definitely returned for a refund.
It's a major firmware update to address the missing basic features. They have added the ability to play Christmas music, from the onboard speaker. Just in time for the Christmas season.
