    I am here again for some recommendations. I need a security camera system for my new apartment building.

    Quit talking abut me like that!:confused: I like Uniview but it seems to cost more. I also like Dahua, and unless your replacing everything it may be more cost effective to keep the bestof what you have and add some of the newer version cameras. JMHO

    I have a lot of 90 meter premade cables that came in kits when i was helping replace camera systems at some local stores. we pulled our own cable and terminated it. Testing some of the 90 meter premade cables tested fine, but some showed crosstalk on several prs....which means they work fine but...

    Poor quality cable or rj45 connectors?

    Maybe confusing t568 A/B with POE mode A/B .... but most of my cameras will work with mode A, not using the blu and brown pairs unless negotiated to do so. Just tested the poe voltage from the back of a 2020 model daua nvr and it was suppling power via mode A 1-2/3-6, same pr the data...
