    Hello @Mark_M , I followed your advice and watched this video: The vto detects it, but the vth is not recognised by the configtool. I can see it in vdpconfig. I don't know what to do. Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate the time you are dedicating to me.

    Yes, but it does not accept the user name and password. I always get a yellow icon next to the name.
