    I recently got a new PTZ5A4K-25X. I go in to draw the virtual fence, tripwire, or anything, and it won't apply. It keeps saying I need to draw the diagram first. I have tried all browsers and even tried IE in Edge. Am I the only one this has happened to? What the heck am I doing wrong?

    That is the procedure that is giving me problems. On the servers I uninstalled BI 5 first, it has messed up the fonts on remote access. If I left BI 5 installed and uninstalled after BI 6 was installed, I haven't had any issues.

    I did send my issue, but they said that it is because they said I didn't do a full install, but I did. The problem with their directions is the directions they gave are the ones that caused the issue. By not uninstalling my BI 5 first, is where it works properly. At least for now.
