    After reading this thread, I logged onto my NVR in Edge for the first time in weeks. Same problem, no live feed but OK in HikConnect. I don't see it mentioned here, but you should be downloading the LocalServices plugin. That's what I did, opened Edge and everything is fine now.

    Can't answer your question, but I've had nothing but problems since swapping out a pair of 2347G2's for a pair of 2387G2's. The 2387's will not, no matter what, trigger for intrusion detection. Line crossing works fine. Then the settings on the 2387's will randomly vanish - intrusion/line...

    You have to fiddle with the min box. If it's too large you won't pick up people. Of course if it's too small you'll pick up lots of unwanted stuff. I usually run my Hik cameras with an intrusion percentage of 60-70% and they do just fine.

    That tree is probably killing your line crossing detection. Remove it, play around with the settings (min/max, sensitivity, etc) and you'll be happy with it. Also curious why you haven't tried intrusion detection? Much more reliable than motion in my experience.
