I’m having troubles with the alert list.
How many alerts are you getting each day? Have you actually checked the files that are in the alerts folders, how many and what space do they occupy, what does the Storage tab on the BI Status window look like? You show that you have allocated only 3GB to alerts; what is the size of each alert...- Bruce_H

Does this mean the HD for BI storage is kaput?
As I said time for some diagnostics, I fully realize that you can not test a drive that is missing in the windows OS, 15 years as senior tech support for about 1,800 computers left me with a bit of knowledge to carry around in my brain!- Bruce_H

Error using Ngrok to access Bi
I would think that it would be a speed issue, first thing to do is try from another location with a good solid internet connection. As this appears to be on a phone that would be the first thing to try before getting concerned! -

Simple place to see where each camera is recording to?
Not that I am aware of, the details of the camera record location is stored in the windows registry along with all of the camera details that are shown on the camera setup screens. Info on the uptime of the cameras is shown in the "Blue Iris Status" on the Camera tab, but it does not show the...- Bruce_H

Blue Iris Over Internet
Do do it securely you will need to setup a VPN or something similar between the two routers, what routers are at each end and does each of them support a VPN client? It is not a good idea to open ports for the cameras as you will likely get hacked in a very short time! -

Windows 11 - Powerup after Losing Power?
If the UPS is only running half of the estimated run time, I would recommend replacing the batteries. As far as replace batteries or a new UPS, you should do some research on how to replace the batteries, as then are usually in a sort of battery pack which has to be taken apart and reassembled... -

Do you have the APC backup connected to your BI PC with the supplied interface cable, if not then it may not shut down gracefully and may not come back on when the power is restored, I have several APC backup units and all of them come back on after a power failure event!
