    Those errors Clip file Exists are not normal, sorry I don't have any suggestions, I have never seen this error before! Do you have the exclusions in place for your AV software, I am guessing something is interfering with the disk writes!

    Just an fyi I am using an ASROCK DeskMeet X600 Series to run BI for over a year now, I have a 10TB surveillance rated drive in it with an AMD Ryzen 7 8700G cpu, works great with 7 cameras CPU usage idles at 3% and GPU at 4%.

    Both of my systems are running BI 6.0.4.2, which is the most recent release, and the file does not exist in the BI folders, only in the ConfigTool from Dahua, I guess I could remove the ConfigTool and see if it causes BI any issues!

    @wittaj you say that your BI system has never had the ConfigTool installed, if that is the case where is the avnetsdk.dll located on your system? Just curious!

    Yes it is normally faster for common issues if someone else knows a solution, BI support does not participate in this forum.

    Well I would say that it's time to email support if you have a current support contract, need to use the info in "Settings", "Get Support" or your email will not get past their spam filters!

    Well, It is strange because the only place that the avnetsdk.dll exists on both of my BI system is in the location C:\Program Files (x86)\ConfigTool\ConfigTool, if you set up your Dahua cameras did you not use the Dahua ConfigTool. perhaps you could try installing it on your BI PC to see if it...

    If you just are going to monitor two cameras , why not just use a web browser to view the cameras directly, unless you have already purchased the BI software!

    Most people are only running cameras at 15FPS, more than enough for security cameras, your choice! If this is for the REOLINK, then @wittaj probably can assist better as I have no REOLINK camera experience!

    To the best of my knowledge there is nothing in BI that would give you that ability, you would have to create some sort of script to parse the existing log files, way beyond me current knowledge level, and I have no motivation to start to learn at my age!

    It should work, just change the location of the Alerts file to the other drive, stop BI and the BI service, copy all the alerts to the new location, start BI and do a Repair DB and you should be good to go. once it is all working you can go back and delete the old Alerts folder
