    In my case I was looking at the DAT file info and it was detecting potted plants and vases etc., even when they were not specifically mentioned in the "to confirm" field!

    I tried with the "to confirm" field, but there where still so many objects being detected, that I would have run out of room, editing the coco.names file got rid of all the extraneous stuff that I did not care about, and there was a lot of them!

    I personally do not begrudge paying full price directly to the developer, I think that he deserves to be well reimbursed for the work he puts in to the software development!

    Yes I know where the numbers show in BI, was just wondering about the ram stated as percentage as I have never seen anyone list it that way!

    My RAM does not display as a percentage, where are you getting that number from? BI reports on my system CPU 3% GPU 4% RAM 2.44GB, I have 6 cameras on mine running v6.0.1.3

    I am running 6.01.2 and no lag that I have noticed, never had lag on any prior versions either. Are you using RDP to view the BI console when you get the lag? Is there any lag when using UI3 to view the cameras? Is the lag present in solo view or the multi camera view?

    I suspect that the built in AI is just a replacement for the external CPAI system, as it was only just released and there is no documentation any thoughts would be nothing more than speculation!

    Either roll back to your prior version or upgrade to V6 , there have been several issues with V5.9.9.98

    When you updated to V6 did you uninstall V 5 (not recommended) if not then it might be easy to get V 5 running again? Do you have any errors in the windows event log, are they any other clues that you can find to help zero in on the issue Sometime this issue is caused by a bad camera config...

    Looking for BI5 Installer v5.9.9.98 or v5.9.7.3

    If you install BI 6 using the full install file from the BI web site it does not uninstall BI5, you should be good to do the install, you can revert back since it uses a separate install location, either way you have to put in the credentials for the BI service when you start BI6, to revert back...

    Yes uninstalling BI5 before installing BI6 sounds like a bad idea to me!

    If you have an active support agreement, you may want to send an email to support so that they are aware of the issue, use the link in the software to get the info that needs to be pasted into the email!
