    You are close, the camera does not get a home network address, it stays on the travel router subnet. Think of the travel router as just another remote LAN joined by VPN, not merged into your main DHCP pool. So if the GL.iNet side is 192.168.8.1, the camera should be something like 192.168.8.20...

    This usually happens because the old SwannView cloud service those recorders relied on is no longer supported on newer phones, so it works on the old device but fails externally on anything new. Since you can see it on local WiFi, the NVR itself is fine, you just lost the remote access method...

    Yes. If the tariffs were canceled, importers should get refunded. I voted yes because I’ve actually paid extra on shipments that later turned out to be based on policies that didn’t even hold up. That money does not just disappear, it hits pricing, contracts, everything.
