18.7 is available under software update as well as 26 at the bottom of the page. I don’t understand why they’re going from 18 to 26 though. I assume the new phones will come with 26 -

I do agree leaving out skipping ahead frame by frame is a bigger issue, but it just seems like every DMSS update makes it less user friendly. Correct, up until the DMSS 2.0.0 update I assume, I held off updating for the first few revisions and stayed on 1.99.846 -

But why make extra unnecessary steps? Click the flag and change to another preset, it’s not taking up much screen space -

Prepping for Halloween?
Other than being slightly concerned about that whole rabies thing I’m happy to have a few flying around in the evening. As long as they don’t take up residence in the attic they can eat all the mosquitoes they want. Along with all of our barn swallows that I’m sad to say left yesterday.- 97JeepXJ

This I believe is available now with two others coming soon. Not something I’ve really looked into but I have used their security gateway (GL-MT2500A) some. It was an easy way to set up WireGuard and ZeroTier before going an entirely different route with my network...- 97JeepXJ

Sounds like I may be correct in saying 443 needs to be open for Android notifications -

53 will also be required. I would also recommend 123 so the NVR can keep its time up to date. After allowing traffic through those ports it may require the NVR to be rebooted -

The PTZ is not blocked from the internet then. Notifications require some data to get out through your router in order to get to your phone. Blocking all incoming and outgoing connections like you have is smart but you’ll still have to create a rule that allows the NVR to get OUT on port 53, and... -
