Today my camera started recording only on AI detection all the time when nothing is tripping. My general record stopped working at 3:05pm. I have rebooted the camera and and app. Still the same. I deleted my AI settings and reinstalled. Still stuck on AI record all the time. Any suggestions.

Is it connected to a Dahua AI NVR?
Possible the NVR is forcing the recording …

Not sure what is causing it, but the first thing I would try is a factory reset of the camera.

It is connected to one from Andy. I deleted a second time and reset everything and it is working now. Can not figure it out.
tmxv4128 I did not do a factory reset but is working now.

Particularly with the newer NVRs its quite possible to have the NVR recording one thing and the camera set to record another.
They can be a bit tricky for seasoned users let alone new ones.

I do not have a newer NVR its 7 years old.
