Classic. Congress pre-approved & appropriated $14 billion in weapons for Taiwan back in January. But after meeting Xi, Trump — who is known for being heavily influenced by the last person he talks to & acting on self-interest — now says he's unsure about moving forward with what the overwhelming bipartisan majority supported.
