Oh-- I don't think it will last very long, and 13m does not equal 300m, so the extent of the work is obviously different. I don't think any repair will really last very long-- maybe the 13m job will last 5 years. Would the 300m job last 30 or 40 years? I kind of doubt it.
I think Trump wanted a functional reflecting pool for the 250th... and that's probably all this is really about.
