Sansco NVR - Stop message for no storage media

Hi all

We got a cheap Sansco NVR and camera and want to use it as live view only. However after a minute or 2 it likes to remind us that there isn’t a hard drive installed. I’ve tried looking at recording configuration and setting all channels to ‘stop’ to not allow recording but it still pops up.

Has anyone got any suggestions other than throwing a cheap hard drive installed?

With the caveat that I have no specific knowledge of that (unspecified) NVR, but I've tinkered with a few different models -

Check if under the Events configuration there is a list of exceptions (other than things such as motion events etc) for which alarms such as the beep can be enabled or disabled.
