HikVision idS-TCM203-A - Cannot receive any request using ISAPI

I'm trying to send captured plate to my application, I think I did the configuration properly but cannot receive anything on my backend (django). I attach the configuration, also note that the camera has no sd card, and the firmware is V5.0.2 230626_B. (In the image the domain is hidden on purpose)

Recently there was similar post on forum. That user couldnt get any data, yet when i gave him my server IP, i received everything.

So i suppose something has to be wrong with yours and his server side listener.

Thread 'iDS-TCM403-BI(G) ANPR camera with latest firmware has no menu option to set HTTP listening! SOS!'

Bought a ANPR camera - iDS-TCM403-BI(G) to interface it to a third party software that listens on http port for ANPR events. Camera is supposed to directly send event data to http listener at an IP address, but the camera does not even have advanced network settings menu where http listening can be configured. It has only isapi and sdk listening configuration option. Paid 800 USD for the camera. Without http listening option, existing software cannot capture plate data. Is there a way to add this menu option through a specific firmware or set this option using some configuration tool?

I worked with both anyway. They work the same
