Since TV Series are now all the rage to watch these days and family, friends, neighbors and co-workers tell us what they watch, figured I would start a Thread to get recommendations from this Forum of which I spend most of my mornings on...

Another War of the Roses type is The Miniature Wife but is is not nearly as good as BEEF. Actually we almost stopped watching it after the first episode but it did get better. Warning; Way too much fowl language though...IMO

For the movies, took my daughter Saturday night to see the Hail Mary Project. DAMN good movie.

We gave Cable TV the finger a couple of months back, price's was just going up and up.
We now have an Antenna and a couple of Rokus.
I dumped my ISP as well at that time and went to fiber.
Saving $300 per month.
Have a family member who got rid of cable, went to streaming services, his wife complains because she misses the cable guide/remote. She is 79 :)

We still utilize Direct TV. Used to have a couple of Direct Tivo boxes which was really nice until AT&T. This is for wife and is currently around $130 / month with a discount.

Use CoreElec KODI 22 for streaming AOD-TubiTV and watching movies and TV series.

A Roku is about as simple as it gets for streaming, and it helps to customize the screen for the audience using it.
My wife griped some the first two weeks (shes 72) we had only the Roku, but after that she tells friends she doesn't miss cable at all now.
LOTS of free content available on Roku's.
