Fox News forced to admit the truth... what has the world come to?

Where will MAGA turn for their war propaganda?
(Medication may be required for those who still think we won this not-war)

This is for the terminally ignorant who don't understand the blockade is for traffic tied only to Iranian ports. This may or may not include humanitarian aid and/or specific negotiated agreements with non-combatant countries on a one-on-one basis. The TACO fistbumps for what TDS patients regurgitate regarding ships moving in and out of the Strait indicates there probably is no cure.

Below shows a BigWhiteTuna displaying full on TDS. I'm afraid the only cure might only come when an AOC type person gets elected to POTUS. In the meantime the inflicted spend their entire day cultivating specific posts of fellow TDS infected who actually have no knowledge but rather make assumptions that are usually wrong or are half truths.

Oil, Oil, Oil ..

In retrospect, Biden and the Democrats hurt the USA strategic position by cancelling this pipeline, as the Gulf Refineries NEED heavier crude to process.

President Joe Biden canceled the Keystone XL pipeline
on his first day in office, January 20, 2021, by revoking the presidential permit required for the cross-border project. The move fulfilled a campaign promise and aligned with his administration’s climate goals.

The pipeline was owned by TC Energy, a Calgary-based company, and was designed to carry 830,000 barrels per day of oil sands crude from Alberta, Canada, to Nebraska, where it would connect to existing pipelines leading to U.S. Gulf Coast refineries. After Biden revoked the permit, TC Energy officially terminated the $9 billion project in June 2021.

  • Environmental groups celebrated the cancellation, calling it a landmark moment in combating climate change, as oil sands production emits significantly more greenhouse gases than conventional oil.
  • Critics, including some lawmakers and industry representatives, argued the decision cost thousands of jobs—with estimates ranging from 11,000 to nearly 60,000—and weakened U.S.-Canada relations.
  • The Biden administration’s own report, released in 2023, acknowledged the project would have had an economic impact of $3.16 to $9.6 billion and created between 16,000 and 59,000 jobs.

The Keystone XL pipeline was designed to transport up to 830,000 barrels of crude oil per day.

  • 730,000 barrels per day were allocated for oil sands crude (diluted bitumen or dilbit) from Alberta, Canada.
  • 100,000 barrels per day were designated for light crude oil from the Williston Basin (Bakken formation) in Montana and North Dakota.

A lot of crap being slung around about the Strait of Hormuz blockade.
The press and social media have invented their own definition of what it is, then attack that their false definition isn't being followed. It's not about the "US sanctioned" ships that they're crowing about. It's about ships going to and from Iranian ports.

Here's a definition of the blockade:
"The US military announced a narrower version of the blockade, which officially began on April 13 at 10 a.m. New York time. It applies to all vessels “entering or departing Iranian ports and coastal areas.” The US navy said in a message to ship operators that it would intercept, divert or capture ships leaving Iran.
Neutral ships that haven’t called at Iran will not be impeded, the US said, though they may be searched for contraband cargo."

What to Know About the US Blockade of the Strait of Hormuz

"Transitioning to/from Iranian ports" <<< still confused?

"Transitioning to/from Iranian ports" <<< still confused?

Indeed, folks need to take the time to read the intent and statements

Personally I would look at the CENTCOM statement to be closest to a definitive statement, as I do not trust the White House ( current, pass, future .. )

via AI :

The original U.S. statements on the Strait of Hormuz blockade come from three primary sources:

  1. President Donald Trump’s social media post on Truth Social on April 12, 2026, where he first announced:
“Effective immediately, the United States Navy, the Finest in the World, will begin the process of BLOCKADING any and all Ships trying to enter, or leave, the Strait of Hormuz.”
  2. White House spokesperson Olivia Wales’ official statement to TIME, confirming the action:
“After 21 hours of negotiations, the Iranians chose the pursuit of a nuclear weapon over peace. The President has already ordered a naval blockade on the Strait of Hormuz, ending the Iranian extortion, and wisely keeps all additional options on the table.”
  3. U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), which clarified the scope on X (formerly Twitter), stating the blockade applies “impartially against vessels of all nations entering or departing Iranian ports and coastal areas,” but does not impede vessels transiting to non-Iranian ports.
These statements, reported by outlets like TIME, CNBC, and CNN, constitute the official U.S. position.

The official U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) statement on the Strait of Hormuz blockade was published on X (formerly Twitter) on April 14, 2026.

CENTCOM confirmed:

"During the first 24 hours, no ships made it past the U.S. blockade and 6 merchant vessels complied with direction from U.S. forces to turn around to re-enter an Iranian port on the Gulf of Oman."
"The blockade is being enforced impartially against vessels of all nations entering or departing Iranian ports and coastal areas, including all Iranian ports on the Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman."
This statement, attributed to CENTCOM and cited by Reuters, Just the News, and Townhall, constitutes the primary official public communication from the U.S. military on the blockade's implementation. Adm. Brad Cooper later provided additional updates via social media, confirming the blockade was “fully implemented” and had halted nearly all of Iran’s maritime trade.

Still confused?

I don't like it that we have a big mouth loose canon president.
Then I don't like it that there are multitudes of big mouth loose canons in the press and on social media that knee-jerk react to it.
