No, you're missing the point.

The post implied that the University is somehow innocent in the Iranian Regime's building of better missiles, nuclear bomb program, drones, and the like.

We all know universities are important dual use part of the military supply chain.

So .. the question

If university is "in", that is open to students - the students will typically be there during the day time,
After midnight, the universities are typically closed, and only the cleaning crew and security are on-campus. ( I am ignoring the dorms, as not all nations have dorms for students )

If the university is closed, then ..

Students will not be killed, and thus the arguments presented change significantly.
