Built in AI - Face detection / unknown faces

I've been playing aruond with this but can't seem to get it to save any unknown faces.

I have F:\bifaces created, gloabal AI face detection settings set to use it, Aux13 is set to it, and I've set several cams to use face detection and save unknown to Aux13.

I'm seeing in the AI analysis a box around the unknown face with the label unknown, but it's not saving them. Assuming I'm missing something obvious here.

I too am having the same issue, using BI6. If I use AI analysis it shows a unknown box around a persons face, but won't save the image when the camera is triggered.

I managed to get this working with the help of Ken, you need to ensure Object Detection is enabled.

Yep, mine has been working since I set it up the first part of February.
