HE WAS NEVER SUED.This is Stewart O'Leary. He was hit by a flying piece of metal in the chest and arm, yet still managed to keep driving until he could park safely. He survived the accident and was deemed a hero. No one pressed charges against him. No one knows where the piece of metal came from either.
