Annke Firmware to Hikvision Firmware: HOW TO

Where do u find these firmwares?
I was searching in here : but all I could find was a G5 platform firmware with version V5.7.3_211222 ... Am I not searching the right thing?

Could anyone share the original firmware for the C500P (B-R-E8-0)? Annke support has not been very helpful and sent me the wrong firmware. Also, The firmware available on the website is only for E7.

The furthest I could downgrade was to Hikvision IPCE_R_E8_EN_STD_5.7.0_210929. I tried every firmware on Annke's site, but all of them return an error. I suspect this is because they are older versions (V5.5) . Downgrading via TFTP also doesn’t work.

Does anyone have an Annke E8 firmware in the 5.7.x branch or any idea how to downgrade to V5.5?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I recommend that you contact Annke's customer service—they'll provide you with all the information you need
