Hi there,

What happens with the IP cams market ? … couple of years ago, I was able to find like D-Link DCS2210, DCS2210L or Axis M1054 … indoor IP cam, PoE, web interface, fully configurable like fixed IP etc … compatible with my NAS (Surveillance station).
Now with the évolution of the « for everyone » market, all I can find is « plug and play » cams with smartphone APP (which I do not use …) and almost no web interface anymore nor Digital IN / OUIT

I am looking for brands offering this but my old brands like D-link for example seem to decrease their portfolio ...

Or those cams are not existing anymore ??

Many Thanks.

I'd say you're not looking in the right place. Try Empire Tech here or at his Amazon Store. He carries his own EmpireTech and Loryta cameras which are Dahua-OEM.
Questions? DM him at @EMPIRETECANDY .

I think the key is indoor POE cameras. I agree that there seems to be fewer and fewer decent options. (Yes obviously you can use an outdoor camera indoors, but usually indoor cameras usually have a different form factor/design than outdoor cameras).

You can still get the indoor crap from Arlo or Ring, but most of the manufactures recommended on this forum don't offer indoor POE cameras anymore. Amcrest only offers one for example, and it looks like a giant flying saucer. Not exactly WAF approved.
