That looks like one of those fake/decoy cameras from the early 80s ... had one in a store I worked in, first job, minimum wage $3.35/hour!

Most likely fake.....is faking the tech of the era as an analog cam (not IP/digital back then) with only coax (usually black) for "video" so the power wire pair (usually 24VAC) is missing!

Also, genuine box cameras of the 80's had the lens external to the box, only hardened external and weatherproof outer shells would house the entire camera including the lens.
