Agree, but I'd suggest that unless you NEED to be in the area to avoid it to avoid problems. If you go there on purpose then perhaps you are asking for problems. I believe they have open carry there in MN if you have a permit. I would question intelligence of anyone who decides to go out of their way to be in that area but maybe he was on his morning jog and happened upon the situation.Exactly. Also, this guy is apparently a nurse at the local VA hospital.

We will have to wait and see how this all pans out. But, at this time it appears that he involved himself into the situation instead of avoiding it and continuing on his "morning jog".
