This may be a long shot, but I figured it'd be worth trying.

I have a DS-2DE4A425IW-DE, and a few weeks ago, a 80' tree managed to pick the precise location and have just enough distance to hit a pole where my camera was mounted. It destroyed the cap (snapped it) and the mounting plate (bent it so badly that I cannot get it to attach well).

Surprisingly, the camera survived!

Now I need to find one of these plates. I contacted B&H Photo, but they didn't have anything they could supply me with.

Does anyone else have any suggestions or perhaps a spare plate that I could obtain?

I have a couple of similar model Hikvision "speed dome" cameras... I suspect you will be hard pressed to find a replacement mounting plate... I think your best bet will be to try to "massage" the sheet metal plate back as close as possible to its original form.

Any vocational/trade schools near you? Even a high school with a metal shop. Great proj for the students to fabricate one.

In our area they can only charge for materials. We've always found it to be extremely reasonable.

When talking with the shop teacher, we asked about a list of supplies the program is forever in need of. In addition to paying for the part(s), we went to the local hardware store and picked up a bunch of items on the list and donated them.

These days "makers place" type shops are popping up in many places. Maybe someone can 3D print one for you

More bad news for me. My plate was tossed with some other post-storm clean-up. :(

I actually have a 3D printer and a 3D scanner with carbon fiber filament. If I had a model or pristine plate, I'd definitely be up to scanning it.

But for all of the time and effort, I'd be willing to throw money at someone to get one. I've reached out to HikVision to see if they can help.

Fingers crossed someone here may have one kicking around.

Better ask the seller get you one, hard to find on the market. Normally we will keep those plate when the camera dead. But not hikvision one.
