Hoping someone can help me here. Everything was working perfectly in BI5. I upgraded to version 6 and have had major issues with onvif alerts since. I have one camera that has built in ai and have that sending alerts to BI. Onvif alerts will work for a few hours. But then all of a sudden I will get the alert, but when I pull up the mobile app, I can’t actually view it. The preview image will not be correct and the “recording” will just be a random time during the day where nothing happened. I’ve noticed that when it starts doing this, if I pull up the live view of the camera, it will show several minutes behind what is actually happening. If I reboot the server, it will go back to working properly again for awhile. Usually 3 or 4 hours.
Anyone have any ideas why this is happening or how to fix? BI6 seems to be really buggy! Is it possible to switch back to version 5? That’s the only thing that has changed with my setup and I had zero issues with 5.
