You are isolated at a research station in Antarctica with a small team of scientists. One of them is deeply annoying....

Haha, I use to spoil movie endings for my daughter, haha. She won't watch movies with me anymore. lol

Man, what's next....pizza delivery?

Let's hope not....the image of a hot hand-tossed, meat lover's pizza attached to an email has no aroma or taste. :headbang:

I guess it's a southern thing, we always eat black-eyed peas on New Years and throughout the year. When I was going to college (here in Texas) the cafeteria would serve them and some guys from the north or east would say "What!? we feed that to our cows".

Yep, much like many Hispanics eat tamales on New Years (I was married to a Honduran woman for 31 years and lived and worked in CA for over 29 years where there are MANY Hispanics). You likely know this as well being in TX.

That same ex-wife traveled once to Belgium and France circa 1978 and said when the topic of corn came up she stated that some locals in Belgium said "oh we only feed that to the pigs."

IMO, anyone that would NOT think a hot, buttered and salted corn-on-the-cob (especially the bi-color "peaches and cream" variety or even pure yellow) isn't delicious and feeds it only to the pigs needs to have their taste buds overhauled.

My father would make sure he had his black-eyed peas on Jan. 1st

This is a good Thread to post this:

WTF, hahaha

Oh BTW, I miss the restaurant Black-eyed Pea...

Looks like there is only one left, in Arlington
