I'm sure it will not function as well as a Dahua or Empire Tech but have played with some of these cheaper ones. For $139. I would experiment. Though it says it has 30x zoom, they frequently fall short. Some will have 20x optical and say +10x digital which is really meaningless. They fail to provide the focal length which would accurately provide the true ZOOM.
This one is ethernet capable but it is not POE. Feeding from a POE switch, you have to have a POE spitter to feed the 12v pigtail or have a wall wart to power it. That in itself is not a bad deal as I have several cheapo cams that require the spitter to work. I do not do WIFI as they never meet my expectations. It is Onvif capable which is a necessity for me using Blueiris.

I think you may have gotten the last one of that particular camera. Note that the link from my search shows it with a black face and it has info explaining how to set up auto tracking. amazon/funxwe now shows a link to one with a white face but no info on settings and the link to my cheaper one does not provide those tips.
Mine is 5mp and I got it set up in BI after getting it around noon today. Overall, I am very happy with it but have a long way to go to attempt auto tracking and night/color settings. I really prefer IR at night myself. I ran it alongside one of Andy's PTZ425DB-AT and it was sharp to my old eyes with the sun shining. Their claim of 30x optical does fall short as at full 30x zoom it was equal to Andy's cam at 19 to 20x but I feel that is still great considering the price.
i had some questions & sent an email to the company. below are what they sent. the IR on this one is weak in comparison to the other cameras in use, but it pans MUCH faster than those.
