Merry Xmas, what’s everyone cooking today?

Nothing today. I did a 10lb rib roast yesterday on the smoker. Was excellent!

Yours looks great!
Nice! Got a couple more hours before the rest and sear, we shall see.
I went in last minute grocery shopping yesterday and they had the sexiest looking prime rib I’ve ever seen; Japanese A5 wagyu, marbling looked just like this. At the low cost of a $100 a Lb!IMG_7064.jpeg

Hamburger steaks, mashed potatoes, brown gravy for both, grilled baby asparagus wrapped in bacon, peaches & cream (bicolor) corn on the cob, and sweet iced tea.....

Now I’m getting hungry, reminds me of Georgia!
Yessiree...I was born in ATL & raised in East Point just outside of it. Of course, AL is right next door to GA, so.....

Tl;dr I'm eating a turkey and ham on whole wheat bread with a glass of cold milk :)

I have mastered the thawing and warming of the Honey Bake Whole Turkey ( Turkey Link) and Honey Bake Whole Boneless Ham ( Ham Link). The wife made her famous Sour Cream and Garlic Butter Mashed potatoes that seem to use less and less potatoes and more sour cream and garlic butter. Veggies consisted of fresh green salad, corn, and peas. Dessert was Pumpkin Pie, lattice topped apple pie, or Dutch apple pie all with homemade whipped cream and or homemade vanilla ice cream.

Nice, and I see you also took your handle from a Chevy Chase movie!

We bought a smoked turkey from a local mom&pop restaurant. It was awesome!
Did they say how long it took to smoke? I’d always done our family’s and got tired of staying up all night out in the elements when I discovered smoking it for 3-4 hours at 300 came out juicier with a crisper skin than 200 all night.
