Dahua repair in USA

I have a Dahua DH-SD59432XA-HNR that the IR stopped working after 4 years. I have tried rebooting and resetting but just can barely see the IR on. So I was hoping to find a repair shop.

It could be some shorted SMD capacitor. You could test them with an multimeter.
Install an exterior better IR light.

I was thinking about that but now motion is no longer working either, just 24/7 recording.

I think it's a 24 volt

You are most likely right. I remember it was huge brick with it, never used it though. 24V/3A?!

The 24 VAC is through the separate power plug. However, it uses 12VDC through the POE cable. A lot of PTZs are configured this way. This particular PTZ uses 24W with the IR on. 11W without the IR off. That needs to be considered when selecting a power source.
