Is AcuPick software or hardware future, dose it need certain SOC to do its magic and can be added to any camera?

it's combination of SOC + firmware on both camera & NVR..
for now AcuPick 2.0 works on WizMind-S (5x42-S3 aka 5xIR), WizMind-X (7x42-X aka 7xIR) and new WizColor (5x59-PRO aka 5x-PRO) cams...
it requires NVRs: 5xxx-EI or 5xxx-XI or higher to support data from camera (and create 3d models of people/vehicles)..

but some latest NVRs like 5xxx-EI2 (AI-S2 in Andy shop), 5xxx-XI and 608-XI (on custom firmware) can add AcuPick to 4/8 older cams doing everything only on NVR (and using all AI power on NVR)...

I have now 608-XI and will slowly upgrade my setup to better cameras

zero... but my is in the basement..
I've had some issues with my as it is placed in office tight spot with battery backup adding to heat generation. I've added copper radiators to almost all SOC inside my old (5216-16p-I) POE NVR and it helped dissipate the heat.

ventilation slots are on both sides - so it needs space there...
put them somewhere on top some shelf / cabinets where it can breathe...

on amazon you can buy cheap long (10/20m) HDMI optical cable and USB extender cable (for mouse) which work ..

unfortunately location is determined by LAN cabling and size of the office but with new setup I will have POE switch and relocate NVR to different location
