I'm a BI user for a very long time.
Actual equipment (W10pro, 64GB RAM, 24" ACER 2560x1440 )
1 Gbi CAT5 LAN w/ POE switch for

2 brandnew ANPVIZ uprime PTZ "ANPVIZ PTZ30A60WD-SA-5X(A)"
and
2 seasoned DAHUA SD-22204.

The Dahua's working after a long time of crying and praying.
Dahua's tools, webpage and service is nearly increasable poor.

But now ANVPIZ is lowering the limits :banghead:

They put an USER GUIDE which didn't mention PTZ30A60WD-SA-5X(A)
nor could find one on their web.

All entries are ridicoulos small text, big nonsense pictures and
sprinkled all over with more tiny chinese letters.
trying hard for many days, but couldn't find any helpful info :puke::eek::mad:

Hope my ginglish is understandable

It's not clear to me....what is the problem, your question or what is it you are wanting to do? :idk:

I recently purchased one of these ANPVIZ PTZ30A60WD-SA-5X(A) cameras. After I changed the IP Address and Password, I just let ONVIF figure out the settings in Blue Iris. If you leave the settings at default, it gets along nicely with Blue Iris, but the nighttime image quality is very poor (understandably because it is a 6MP camera with a 1/2.8" sensor). I bought the camera knowing it would have poor performance at night. I have been tinkering with running HTTP CGI commands in PowerShell scripts with limited success. Here's a link to their HTTP CGI manual which has been somewhat helpful:

THX for your help. The manual still confuse me and it's not very helpfull, due to the terrible mix of Chinese and English.
one of my two equal ANPVIZ IPcams works w/o any problem, but the other always tells 'No Signal' and 'Decoder not initialized'
I've no clue, what happened and BI Service didn't respond to this item. Instead I should update to BI6 (?!?!?).
I fear, that I'll lose my rest of money for BI5 (expires 04aug2026) and still have the same problem, because I have to import the whole setup for my other cams w/ a lot of PTZ , Video, Database... setups including the 'bad' cam.
Thanks for your help.

Your BI v5 should work OK.

I think that camera is OEM'd by Hikvision. Did you log into the camera at any time using the SADP Tool to initilize it and change it's IP from the default (likely 192.168.1.64) to a unique static IP in the same subnet as your BI server?

Yes but not with this SADPtool. SADPtool find both ANPVIZ cam with (except S/N... cam specific URL...) all other parameters seeming normal.
So I can't find any reason, why BI5 makes me trouble.
Thanks for your help.:)
