My neighbor obtained this revolver from an elderly gent whos in his 90's, he wanted the gun to go to a good home.
This gun was manufactured here in Evansville in the early 1980's by Century Manufacturing.
There was only 550 made, this one has a serial #00004.
The stool the gun is laying on in the picture is 12" across for size reference.
Its calibre is 45-70. This sucker weighs 8.2lbs.
No, I nor my neighbor has fired it. :blankstare:

Wow, @looney2ns you really need to fire a few and post the video here! I have never fired a 45-70 pistol. I don't even think that I have SEEN a 45-70 pistol in person.
