Firmware update and preset list needed for 8MP 10x Zoom 4KHD PTZ IP Camera MCL18_AF_V0-A_CSJ-H5 - Devo-POEP03-HS

Hi folks, I bought This camera from this seller (Devo-POEP03-HS) which has the firmware:
MCL18_AF_V0-A_CSJ-H5 V3.3.0.6 build 2024-03-07 09:54:18.

And I need this or the latest .bin firmware file and also I need the 255 PTZ preset lists (Function Instricion List). The one that comes in the manual doesn't have all needed functions.

Yup, I'd love to. As you may know, Aliexpress sellers' support is terrible. They didn't provide the firmware or even get to answer what we ask. Otherwise, I wasn't requesting it here. Anyway, thanks for your input.

Thanks a lot budy, after insisting thousand times with the seller, I got the firmware. Anyway I appreciated your help. Here I will attach also what I got, just in case somebody else, needs it too. Just the preset list in the manual doesn't have presets such as guard position, time to return to guard/home position, and so on.

Regarding your doubt about setting home, you just need to set the PRESET #1 and also set in the configurations/ptz configuration/boot acition as CALL PRESET 1, this way after a power cut or after moving to another preset position will go back to preset #1 (Home). Other cameras I have I got to set how long it will stay in other preset to go back to home or set as home position and I didn't find the preset# for that time to go back home in this camera nor a preset that set a home. Now related your CALL#79, I don't think so, but I'll try later, if you check the manual the CALL#79 is for making The cruise preset position stays for 20 seconds, unless use the #79 as SET instead of CALL or unless your camera is another model that has other presets settings from the manufacturer. Anyway, I'll test it later. Thanks for your comment anyway and have a nice day.
