Unable to log into DS-HD1 web page

Have had this camera running for several years with zoneminder and no issue - it's currently running as a camera just fine. Wanted to check if I had the latest version of firmware and update procedure is to log into camera web page. I went to the url with just the 4 numbers of the IP (such as 192.168.1.47) and get a error message:

Access error: 404-- Not found
Can't locate document :/

Which appears to be a response from the camera. Am I doing something wrong?

I get the same thing with Firefox and Edge.

Are you sure of the IP address? BTW, that's a private, not public, IP so it's OK to share.
What's the entire URL you are putting into the browser?

Everything indicates it's the right address - I can ping the address and get a response and the address is what is in zoneminder and is working. Address is like you showed:
I can access other cameras with that format. May I should try power cycling the camera.

Have you tried the SADP Tool?

DS-HD1 dont offer webpages you can add it to IVMS 4200 then use the Function Called Remote Configuration if you wanted more features/settings and you cant update DS-HD1 Firmware
