Good day everyone, Can someone explain to me how I can put firmware on a Hikvision camera if I can no longer access this camera via the app, Regards, Adrie

You can use either the Hikvision tftp updater (check the forum downloads for that) or via the camera web GUI maintenance page, or via the Batch Configuration Tool (forum downloads).

What app are you referring to?

Someone correct me if I’m wrong however, depending on the software on your camera, some of them cannot be upgraded so just watch out for that

Good day everyone, I want new software on this camera
DS-2CD2032F because the software on this camera is corrupted .
None of the above programs work, the problem is that this camera cannot be found with the search functions. Even with an IP Scanner you cannot find this camera and if you cannot find the camera, you cannot set anything up.
who of you knows a solution

Have you used Hikvision's SADP tool?
It will find devices on a different subnet than the PC.

SADP Tool

Locate Hikvision brand cameras within the same network, including their IP address and port.
