Can Cisco Catalyst 3750X handle Mini PTZ

Maybe somebody configured the switch in someway so that it's running ports on 802.3af or possibly NO POE...
Have you factory reset it?

I think I did the factory reset. I watched a YouTube video and press the mode button etc to reset it.

Not sure if I did it correctly though. Lol

Can you point me to a step by step guide if you have any?

I follow another youtube video and factory reset the switch. Delete config and vlan files follow by a reboot.

I then plug in the ptz to poe switch and check the power, it's only using 15.4 even though the switch shows that max power is 30W

I'm lost lol

maybe also try turn off CDP and use LLDP

maybe connect camera to switch with short cable and see if its detected as poe+ , then its a cable problem

POE+, aka 802.3at, uses 4 wires of the ethernet cable when operating in mode A. The Cisco switch almost surely uses mode A. Mode B uses all 8 wires. This is no different from 15.4 watt 802.af POE.

right, poe++ needs all 8 wires

but i think the switch only shows you the consumption of the port.
so someone wrote here that the mini ptz uses around 15w, so same as your does.
