16 Channels but only 8 are POE?

I'm looking at this NVR to replace the suck EZViz one I have now, and although I only have eight cameras, I like the idea of being able to expand if needed.

I understand this is a Dahua and looking at the picture of the back of the unit it seems that only 8 of 16 jacks are POE. So what powers the others? What are the other ports doing?

What is the model number of this NVR?

What does the data set show?

Normally, all non-upstream ports of a NVR with PoE are PoE ..

The 8 green ports are for ePOE cameras as well as regular POE. the Dauha 5 series cameras are ePOE capable also. so you do have 16 POE ports there.
