Does anyone know how to access this camera in the browser using its IP?
I tried but it did not work.
I believe this LaView model is a rebranded Hikvision.

Welcome @normalsun

Yes looks like a Hikvision OEM imho..

iirc some new cameras do not have a webserver for the video stream, so you want to check if there is a webserver running on this one.

How do I find out if it has a webserver or not?
LaVIew has terrible support.

HI @Normal

Do you know the ip address of the camera?

If so you so what is called a port scan of it.

Scanning C19809306 (192.168.2.x) [1000 ports]

Discovered open port 554/tcp on 192.168.2.x

Discovered open port 8000/tcp on 192.168.2.x

Discovered open port 9010/tcp on 192.168.2.x

Discovered open port 8200/tcp on 192.168.2.x

Completed SYN Stealth Scan at 10:36, 7.10s elapsed (1000 total ports)

Since there is no open port 80, I'm guessing that means no web server?

Hi @Normal

Webservers can be configured to run on any port...

554/tcp = should be rtsp
8000/tcp = could be a couple of things.. I'd try this
8200/tcp = i'd try this also

wonder what is on 9010 port...

probably worth looking up standard Hikvision ports used...

SADP tools does pick up the camera.

Is it typical for camera not to an interface to access via the web browser?

This is more frequent now that cameras are being attacked more often...
