BI not showing video from Dahua camera

Hi,
I see video and can control camera from Dahua's web UI. But I cannot seem to get Dahua working on BI?

delete cam. add cam, provide IP address, admin username and password, find/inspect, done.

if that's not working, need more details...

Prior to running find/inspect, be sure to enter the cams password and user.

If you are using find inspect ensure you have created an onvif user account in the camera settings
