first, if you can return that junk.
Second, what have you tried? you need to enter the proper credentials and ip address.
Post a screenshot of the blue iris video configuration tab.

yes have you tried hitting find inspect?
if that does not work. select sv3c rtsp from the dropdown menu

That fixed it. I didn't see the make section while setting it up. Dumb mistake. Thanks for the help. Also the inspect came back with nothing.

I'd suggest changing your password on the camera and once you do in the BI video settings page so it isn't using the defaults.

Fenderman is right, return that SV3C and get a decent camera. Look in the Cliff Notes in the Wiki at the top of this page. The difference between SV3C and a decent camera will amaze you. Trust me, I have two SV3Cs that I've replaced with Dahua and their performance is well worth the, relatively, minor price difference. Also, try to use turret style cameras rather than bullets. Less problems with bugs and spiders. outside use of course.
